Frequently Asked Questions

These quick answers cover the details guests most often want to know before booking at MeetUps Event Center.

At this time, we do not provide decorating services. However, we offer a selection of complimentary decor that you are welcome to use for your event.

We offer morning and afternoon or evening rental options. Most rental time slots are approximately 4.5 to 6 hours total, including setup and takedown time. Full-day rentals are also available.

We ask that you leave the venue in reasonably clean condition and remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash by the end of your rental period. Please dispose of any food and drink containers used during your event. Table linens and decor provided by MeetUps may be left on the tables for our team to take care of.

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests with tables and chairs.

Yes. We offer on-site parking as well as additional parking nearby. Approximately 25 to 30 parking spaces are available, including accessible parking spaces.

Yes. Setup and takedown time is included within your rental window. Additional hours may also be purchased if you need more time.

We do not provide catering directly, but you are welcome to bring your own food or hire a caterer of your choice.

Yes. We have a variety of table linens, arches, and other decor available for you to choose from as part of your rental.

You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, glitter and confetti are not permitted in the venue.

Absolutely. We would love for you to come by and see the space in person. Tours are available by appointment.
